We would like to take this opportunity to thank Charlotte Momich for her dedication to making this event a success.
VSS Presents at ODTUG Conference
Dan Vlamis presented two sessions and sat on the BI/DW panel at this year's ODTUG conference. The highlight of the conference was the volleyball tournament with the "Oracle VP Team" inching out "Team 7" to make it to the finals. Other highlights were showing how Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle9i OLAP, AW Manager, Oracle Enterprise Manager, JDeveloper and BI Beans can be used to take data all the way from a data warehouse to a Java-based application for business analysis. There was a lot of interest in the BI/DW panel on how 9iOLAP added capabilities to Oracle9i relational analysis and how customers migrate from Express to 9iOLAP.
As always, papers are posted on the www.vlamis.com web site under "Technical Papers".
